What to Expect on Your Visit

Visiting a new place can bring a mix of excitement, questions, and uncertaintyes, pecially when you’re caring for someone with special needs. A visit to B-Town is designed to feel welcoming, flexible, and supportive from the moment you arrive. No pressures. No sense of feeling like you don’t belong.

Before You Arrive

Before your visit, our team will help make sure you have the information you need to feel prepared. Families typically complete a participant form ahead of time so we can better understand preferences, supports, and any considerations that help us provide a positive experience.

You’re always welcome to reach out with questions before your visit. We’re happy to talk things through so there are no surprises.

Feeling prepared makes all the difference. Our goal is to understand each family before they arrive so everyone feels comfortable and supported from the start.
— Kristin, Executive Director
