Start Your Journey at B-Town

Becoming a participant is a simple, welcoming process designed around your family. Share a few details with us, and our team will take the time to get to know you—learning about your needs, interests, and what you’re hoping to experience.

From there, we’ll guide you through next steps at a pace that feels right, whether that’s scheduling a visit, exploring programs, or answering any questions along the way. Our goal is to make the process feel clear, comfortable, and supportive—so you feel confident, informed, and ready to get involved from the very beginning.

Two women sitting together indoors, smiling at the camera. One woman wears a pink robe and sash, the other wears a pink shirt with a unicorn, and a gray jacket. There are several people in the background, and a large round clock on the wall.
Two boys smiling outdoors in a parking lot, one is sitting in a wheelchair and the other is standing next to him. The boy in the wheelchair has curly hair and is wearing an orange shirt with a name tag. The standing boy has short, dark hair, sunglasses, and a Blackpink T-shirt. There are trees and an American flag in the background.
A young girl wearing a black bicycle helmet, purple glasses, a green shirt, and a blue and green safety vest sitting in a red bicycle seat outdoors with trees and a grassy area in the background.

A Simple, Supportive Start

Getting started as a participant at Always B Smiling is designed to be simple, welcoming, and tailored to your family. After you submit the intake form, a member of our team will connect with you to learn more about your needs, interests, and goals.

From there, we’ll guide you through the next steps—whether that’s scheduling a visit, exploring programs, or identifying the best ways to get involved. Every family’s experience is unique, and we take the time to make sure you feel comfortable, informed, and supported along the way.

Our goal is to create an environment where you can show up with confidence, knowing what to expect and feeling ready to engage at your own pace.

A young boy sitting on Santa Claus's lap, both smiling, in a room decorated for Christmas with a white Christmas tree, wrapped presents, and holiday decorations.
A young boy with curly hair sitting outdoors at a table, holding two large, round, flat mushrooms with white stems and gills. A green paper with mushrooms drawn on it is on the table in front of him.
Child wearing a yellow bike helmet and red glasses, sitting in a yellow and blue adaptive bike chair, making a peace sign with his right hand, outdoors near a dirt path and trees.
From the very first interaction, we felt welcomed and supported. The process was simple, clear, and personal—and we felt comfortable every step of the way.
