Run 26.2 Miles for a Reason!
Always B Smiling is teaming up with Casey’s Clubhouse on May 3, to take on the DICK’S Sporting Goods Pittsburgh Marathon in a truly inspiring way, through our Adaptive Running Relay program! We’re forming 8 relay teams, each pairing an adaptive athlete with a group of runners. Together they will fundraise, and guide the athlete’s stroller through the 26.2-mile course, surrounded by cheers, high-fives, and joy.

Runners
- 8 relay teams available (5 runners per team). Take a leg of the course, push, cheer, and experience a finish line like no other.
- We’re also looking for 8 amazing participants who want to experience the excitement of running the Pittsburgh Marathon, safely, joyfully, and surrounded by community. Requirement to sit in the adaptive jogging stroller (provided by Always B Smiling) for at least 4.5 hours.

How to Sign Up1. Assign a Team Captain
This person will be responsible for signing up and paying the marathon fee. 2.Choose your Race Select the Pittsburgh Marathon Relay team. If you are the captain, select captain and proceed. If you are not the captain but joining the team, select relay participant and enter the code from the captain. 3. Pick a Cause Scroll through the charities to find Casey's Clubhouse 4. Fuel Your Run With Purpose As you sign up for your race, opt to join the Run for a Reason Charity Program. This marks the beginning of your journey as a champion for change. With every stride, you will be raising funds that support your chosen charity's mission. 5. Rally, Support, Raise Funds Share your commitment with friends, family, and colleagues. They will see the fire in your eyes and the purpose in your run. Harness the power of your network to magnify your impact. 6. Get Rewarded Once you hit the minimum, you will be reimbursed your entry fee, so you run for FREE and you raise a bunch of money for the kids! Win/Win! Questions: [email protected] |

Always B Smiling is looking for a crew of smiling volunteers to help us create smiles during our scheduled fun events. We are looking for creative planners and smiling faces to help ensure the children have fun. Each participant will have a Buddee to assist them during the event. Please sign up if you are interested.
